Reg deletion of page of Prithvi Rao[edit]

Hi Dave6,

This is Raghavendra (User:U.raghavendra). I am a Campus Ambassador with Wikipedia for the India Education program. We had started the program early this month, and had given students tasks to do, starting from creating of user pages (For eg, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:India_Education_Program/Courses/Fall_2011/Economics_of_the_Social_Sector_Year_2_Group_B). Which is why you would have seen some users creating their pages like Prithvi did

Can you kindly remove the delete tag from the user page of Prithvi so as to enable them to continue with their learning sessions and meeting other deadlines in their assignments?

Proposed deletion of Spike Shooter[edit]

The article Spike Shooter has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

product article of unclear notability, lacking significant WP:RS coverage. A search turned up incidental mentions and blog posts, but no substantial RS refs. Tagged for notability since 2012

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. New deal for page patrollers[edit]

Hi Dave6,

In order to better control the quality of new pages, keep out the spam, and welcome the genuine newbies, the current system we introduced in 2011 is being updated and improved. The documentation and tutorials have also been revised and given a facelift. Most importantly a new user group New Page Reviewer has been created.

Under the new rule, you may find that you are temporarily unable to mark new pages as reviewed. However, this is nothing to worry about - most current experienced patrollers are being accorded the the new right without the need to apply, and if you have significant previous experience of patrolling new pages, we strongly encourage you to apply for the new right as soon as possible - we need all the help we can get, and we are now providing a dynamic, supportive environment for your work.
