Album ordinals

Album ordinals aren't required per WP:ALBUM. However, the project states that it is only a guide and you should feel free to personalize an article as you see fit, though others may change it to fit our standards. Ordinals are currently being used for Radiohead albums (i.e., Kid A, OK Computer) and Oasis albums (i.e., Heathen Chemistry, Be Here Now)... to name some examples off the top of my head. I think it's a good addition for the infobox, esp. for bands with 5+ albums on their resume. --Madchester 07:47, August 19, 2005 (UTC)

Not inclusive

As the tags assert, any given article "Needs x votes by date". Once that day arrives, if the quota is not met, the article is axed. In all honesty, back when I ran the original AID, that system hadn't been developed, and my knowledge of it is strictly visual. It's apparently a shared computer at a school, and it hasn't vandalized in around an hour. And it even reverted a newbie test today! You are quite welcome. It is perfectly in order to add the {{nn-bio}} tag to a page already on Afd, provided it otherwise qualifies. However, please do not remove the Afd tag. Also, please use the subst: keyword when adding the {{afd}} tag. Note that after adding nn-bio to a page you can notify the page's creator with {{nn-warn}}. I personly suggest doing this in most cases, and i did it in this case. You might want to take a look at this template, and its talk page, which explains how to use it, for future reference. Hi. Well, if you look on their website, you can see they play regular live shows in Hong Kong. They have a song on a relatively major occasional album, and they published an album in September (currently a new release on Monitor Records. You have made some corrections to an overwritten entry I had submitted. I thought I understood the rules (no editorializing) from your first edit, and I read the Wikipedia rule on the subject to which you referred. To test my understanding of this rule, I revised and reinserted one sentence from the section you had edited out, with the intention of putting the subject into context, as a reference to Marlowe might (or might not?) belong in an article on Shakespeare. Your subsequent edit says that this is still editorializing. So help me understand what a good author does to establish a relationship required to understand in greater depth the topic at hand. Re: Chef Aid and Chewbacca defense pages: No problem - I'm glad to help. The biggest problem, believe it or not, was correcting the "season 2 infobox" template, which redirected Chef Aid to Chewbacca defense in the first place!

Million Dollar Homepage

It's not actually linkspam, it's a list of the knock-off sites carefully formatted so that the Wiki software doesn't link it, and it was there as evidence that the knock-offs are not notable, so should not be in the main article. Yes, of course. Except that Turangalila symphony itself is named just after what I have mentioned: Turangalîla-Symphonie#Concept ... so maybe I will try another formulation of the same fact. because linking to common meaning of word "Lila" makes sense in this case. (many people worldwide know what "Lila" means in hinduism, but have't heard about the symphony until today; but if the symphony itself is named in sanskrit, according to Wiki, than what's the point in mentioning JUST the symphony ? --XChaos (talk) 19:49, 25 June 2008 (UTC)

Sorry, I reverted the next attempt and discovered this conversation afterword. My concern is that there's no source stating that either A) the creators were aware of the meaning of the symphony title and B) that it is meant to have any relevance to the character's name. These are the sort of connections we cannot just assume are true without a source. It's best in my opinion to stick to what is written or discussed in secondary sources.
