C++ Re: While I'm sure that is a nice program, wikipedia isn't a link repository, and it isn't that famous[edit]

If you believe wikipedia is not a link repository then perhaps the whole External Links section should go, right? As of whether the tool I proposed is famous or not, it is subjective. The fact that you think it is not does not make it any less or more famous. For example Bjarne though it was interesting and famous enough to list it on his C++ Applications page. I agree that there should be no off-topic or blatant spam links, but if the link is on-topic and the tool/library/etc. is generally useful, I don't see a reason why it cannot be included. After all the External Links section is right at the bottom so if you don't want to see it then just stop reading. And one last note, when you delete somebody's work, please remember that it may have taken the author considerable amount of effort to produce and it will take you only a second to destroy. Enjoy your day.

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
