Leider weiß ich mir im Moment nicht anders zu helfen, als dich über die englische Wikipedia anzuschreiben, da ich in der deutschen momentan unbegrenzt gesperrt bin. Ich würde mich freuen, wenn du versuchen könntest, eine Sperrprüfung meines Accounts zu veranlassen. PS: Zum Vorgang selbst: Ich habe auf einer Benutzerunterseite einen zweiteiligen Artikel der MLPD über antikommunistische Geschichtsfälschung veröffentlicht. Meiner Meinung nach ist der Inhalt des Artikels relevant für die WP, da er antikommunistische Geschichtsfälschung konkret nachweist und bestimmte "Quellen" entsprechend entlarvt (z.B. Conquest). In der in dem Artikel beschriebenen Manier wurde die Unterseite gelöscht und ich obendrein gesperrt (außerdem angebl. URV). Zusätzlich wurde mir die Verharmlosung ethnischer Säuberungen unterstellt (und in diesem Zusammenhang mit strafrechtlicher Verfolgung gedroht); gleichzeitig hat der Rädelsführer den Faschismus verharmlost. PS2: Gerade sehe ich, dass du die Sperrprüfung in meinem Namen beantragt hast, vielen herzlichen Dank dafür! Leider ist meine IP gegen Neuanlage von Accounts gesperrt. Wichtig wäre meiner Meinung nach das Motiv der Löschung, da hier nicht von einer Rechtfertigung (oder "Schönreden") irgendwelcher Verbrechen die Rede sein kann - im Gegenteil! Wer das behauptet, hat den Text, den ich auf meine Benutzerunterseite gesetzt habe, nicht gelesen. Dass eine Löschung des Textes aus urheberrechtlichen Gründen legitim sein könnte, halte ich allerdings für möglich. Dass das jedoch für eine infinite Sperre reicht, halte ich hingegen für ausgesprochen fragwürdig. (Abgesehen davon kann ich mir kaum vorstellen, dass der Urheber etwas gegen die von mir vorgenommene Verwendung seines Materials Einwände hätte.) Im Bezug auf den Vorwurf des POV möchte ich sagen, dass ich im ANR in letzter Zeit vor allem versucht habe, eine Ausgewogenheit von POVs herzustellen (d.h. konträre Haltungen nebeneinander darzustellen). --Partisan1917 11:47, 26 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Hallo, ich wollte dir gerade schreiben, dass ich in der WP:SP was geschrieben habe und dass ein Sperrprüfungsaccount die sinnvolle weitere Vorgehensweise wäre.
Ich werde diesen Text von dir dort mal übertragen.
Deine Einschätzung über AC muss ich leider teilen. Er spielt gerne den Anührer von irgendwelchen Shitstorms, siehe den Fall Hubertl. Hast du denn die Quelle für diesen Text angegeben? Jedenfalls ist es schon mal keine URV im Artikelbereich, aber auch im Benutzerraum wäre es nicht schön und nicht hinnehmbar.

Ich habe deinen Text gepostet. Normalerweise kann ein Admin auch deine IP wieder freischalten. Das ist ein großes Geiere, denn unter deinem alten Account musst du den neuen Account noch bestätigen. Dazu muss man auch die Diskussionsseite deines alten Kontos wieder freischalten. Ich kann dir nicht sagen, ob das geschehen wird. Das bleibt abzuwarten.
Wenn du die Quelle benannt hast, wäre es ein sogenanntes Vollzitat. Das geht nicht. Hier wäre dann ein Linkverweis wiederum ausreichend.
Wer dir mit Strafanzeige gedroht hat, wäre mit Namen, Ort, Zeit, Difflink zu belegen. Über solch ein Verhalten wäre auch zu meditieren.

Zur strafrechtlichen Verfolgung: "Im Zuge des Großen Terrors sind in Zuge von rund einem Dutzend Kampagnen der ethnischen Säuberung gezielt Angehörige bestimmter Volksgruppen verfolgt und ermordet worden. Die Rechtfertigung solcher Kampagnen ist strafrechtlich relevant." Bezüglich der URV muss ich sagen, dass ich wahrscheinlich von falschen Voraussetzungen ausgegangen bin, da ich der Ansicht war, dass eine URV nur dann eintritt, wenn der Urheberrechtsinhaber sie rechtlich geltend macht - was ich nicht erwartet hatte. Nun ja, ich darf dich an dieser Stelle darauf hinweisen, dass wir hier ein paar Mitautoren haben, die sich selbst sozusagen der neuen Mitte zuordnen. Die Sperrprüfung ist erledigt, wenn du hier liest, ist eine Stellungnahme schon längst nicht mehr möglich. Deine nächste Möglichkeit wäre das Schiedsgericht. Erneut kann ich mich nur bei dir bedanken. Ich finde deinen Vorschlag zwar sehr gut, würde das mit dem SG aber am liebsten selbst in die Hand nehmen. Das verstehe ich sehr gut. Du kannst mich mal anmailen, wenn du magst. Grundsätzlich bin ich der Meinung, dass du in der Sperrprüfung ein Anrecht auf Gehör gehabt hättest. Das wurde dir von Itti, Atomiccocktail, -jkb- und Co. nicht gewährt. Das ist nicht nur ein Formfehler. It's irrelevant. Saying that the living person who is the topic of an article is schizophrenic, without even purporting to discuss any reliable sources saying the same, is an egregious violation of WP:BLPTALK. You can discuss the content of an article just fine without resorting to this kind of talk.

Please stop adding unreferenced or poorly referenced biographical content, especially if controversial, to articles or any other Wikipedia page. Content of this nature could be regarded as defamatory and is in violation of Wikipedia policy. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia.
