Died on 19 May 2003[edit]

Really, is there a reliable source for that? Julius Senegal (talk) 13:52, 27 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]

It is confirmed in German in a biography published about her [1], sourced to the book Wichtige Frauen in der Naturheilkunde, published by Springer an academic publisher so a reliable source. The death date checks out as it can also been seen here [2] Psychologist Guy (talk) 20:40, 27 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Source n°1 does not contain it, I do have access to it and read it (only the year 2003 and the reason is mentioned).
Source n°2 is not reliable according to WP:RSP.
Hence, we need a source. --Julius Senegal (talk) 10:27, 30 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]
I agree I just translated the book Wichtige Frauen in der Naturheilkunde it just mentions 1908 as the birth date and 2003 as the death date. I have removed the specific days and months. Psychologist Guy (talk) 13:47, 30 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you, I couldn't find anything about this (at least nothing in reliable sources).
Even doi:10.1007/978-3-662-60459-5_8 is mediocre, as the Kerckhoff completely ignores criticism and adulates Budwig (and other alternative practitioners) like hell. But for simple biographical data it is ok. --Julius Senegal (talk) 19:37, 30 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Based on what I have seen there are two other possible sources that could be used on the article to go into more detail with criticisms of the Budwig diet, this piece by the ASCO Post which is operated by the American Society of Clinical Oncology [3] and this by the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center [4] documents various dangers of the diet. Unfortunately there is nothing else out there but the Cancer Research UK source could also be expanded [5]. I noticed that the Catherine Kousmine article also needs to be improved.
