OK, so I tried to list these before, but I made a minor mistake and everything got totally screwed up. Hopefully it will work alright now.

Anyway, the contributors to this project decided to list head of both state and government as "List of state leaders in XXXX". These are redundant, and I think were supposed to be deleted when the project changed direction. Clearly they weren't. Time to start. -R. fiend 19:17, 13 Oct 2004 (UTC)

- Hmmm. Yeah. That could work. But I guess there is the possibility that someone who linked there thus could assume that everyone listed on the page was therefore a head of state, since it doesn't specify too clearly that heads of government are listed too, or that there's a difference.
