User:68.36.175.254 and his alternate user addresses (referred to hereafter by the account name User:Mr. Treason) has repeatedly made legal threats after being informed of policy prohibiting this. Under current Wikipedia policy, he should be considered banned until further notice. All of his edits should be reverted, regardless of their value.
