Welcome!

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are a few good links for newcomers:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! By the way, you can sign your name on Talk and vote pages using three tildes, like this: ~~~. Four tildes (~~~~) produces your name and the current date. If you have any questions, see the help pages, add a question to the village pump or ask me on my Talk page. Again, welcome!

I noticed some of the articles you've added. Thanks. A couple suggestions though. First, please don't place the subject of the article in a section heading (i.e., don't use == Subject Name ==). Instead, the article should begin with the subject name in bold. Use three single quotes to make a word bold, e.g., '''Subject Name''' produces Subject Name. Second, if possible, could you indicate the source for the information? Thanks, olderwiser 18:28, Jan 31, 2005 (UTC)

National University of Ireland, Galway[edit]

I have redirect Queens College Galway to National University of Ireland, Galway as in wikipedia generally creating articles under each variation of name is discouraged and history placed into the article by current institution name. The list of graduates is at List of alumni of the National University of Ireland, Galway. Djegan 19:51, 10 Feb 2005 (UTC)

What does one have to do?[edit]

What would one have to do to get on the list of alumni? From what I can see, a knighthood is a definite boost to your chances!

Some day Keith, some day! --Hetch 14:36, Apr 14, 2005 (UTC)
