I've filled in a list of District Municipalities (10 in all), and removed the "municipalities" section. Local municipalities can be added, but I would suggest that, if that is to be done, all 50 be listed at once. A complete listing is here.

've also moved Ladysmith from the "major metros" list: Officially, Ethekwini is the only metropolitan municipality in KZN, and I'm not sure that a population of 30k qualifies Ladysmith for "major metro" status. --168.209.97.34 18:05, 29 Mar 2005 (UTC)
