Fair use rationale for Image:Human Album.jpg[edit]

Image:Human Album.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. BetacommandBot (talk) 14:40, 2 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Editing[edit]

I have edited out some speculative gossip about the band that really did not involve or reflect upon the album. We might all know chronologically what was going on with Schuldiner and the band at this time, but with no references or citations, it read too much like a fanzine. The album was lovingly dedicated to Roger Patterson from Atheist? (it wasn't - Paul & Sean mention him in their thanks list) The lyrics are all about former band members & personal controversies? (they aren't - that's the following release TSOP) The fact of the matter is that Schuldiner did have the anti-rumor statement on Human clearly re: the resurgence of the band Massacre, made up of Rick, Terry, Bill & Kam, as well as the ongoing residual effects from the phony Death tour of Europe. This was a time when there was a lot of bad press about Schuldiner (which can all be read at emptywords.org). He reunited with his manager as a means of overcoming the disintegration of the band months earlier, and he got his act together. The resulting tour slammed the rumormongers and the sales were vindication. However, none of us can write this stuff unless we have evidence. Oh, I've also placed a citation notice by the Beavis and Butt-head thing because I believe it to be false. If no reference is added for this, I'll 'chuck' it (it was The Philosopher that was on B&B[1]). Cheers, A Sniper (talk) 07:36, 11 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Iron Maiden[edit]

The song Flattening of Emotions resembles Iron Maiden's Phantom of the Opera. Plagiarism? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 74.210.196.47 (talk) 20:39, 26 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

That's ludicrous. :) A Sniper (talk) 07:14, 4 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Need to add to track list for upcoming re-release[edit]

Can someone please add the bonus tracks of the upcoming Human re-release to the track listing? Here is a good source: <http://www.roadrunnerrecords.com/blabbermouth.net/news.aspx?mode=Article&newsitemID=158514>. Thanks.David O. Johnson (talk) 06:02, 27 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I'm adding it myself using the Blabbermouth source. I'm going to add the length wikicode for each track so the length can easily be added. David O. Johnson (talk) 16:30, 27 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Digital bonus tracks should also be added: https://deathband.bandcamp.com/album/human-reissue-deluxe-edition
