Hi Ulillililia[edit]

Could you upload a non-glitch screenshot the Looney Tunes game? http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Image:LooneyTunesBIAScreenshot.jpg

Thanks, PeopleEater42 —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 205.200.145.205 (talk) 04:50, 3 April 2007 (UTC).[reply]

ulillillia's reply[edit]

I searched through my recorded videos and screenshots but didn't have any worthy-looking nonglitch screenshots. I'll have to take out my game again and go at it again. I get my screenshots from taking a still frame from recorded videos, cropping them (getting rid of the black border around it), and, if needed (though very rarely), brightening the image. I get the videos through using GameBridge. It's easy for me to get a screenshot or video. Ulillillia 17:37, 6 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Edit: I took out the game and recorded more videos to get the best possible screenshot and uploaded the updated screenshot. Ulillillia 20:37, 6 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

hey there Ulillililia[edit]

Just wondering if you could let me know how you got 999mph on SMB2 (not Super Mario Brothers (lol)) -- I can't seem to get it and a lot of people I know can't achieve it either. Thanks, Notdsk 04:54, 3 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

ulillillia's reply[edit]

It takes a bit of practice, but in the "Inch Worms" stage, I have an 80% success rate (potentially 100%, going 1350 mph on average). With the "Bead screen" stage, I can get even 4000 mph, but any speed below about 2700 mph has only a 3% success rate and it takes a lot of practice, let alone attempting to get the goal. There's Organic Form that also allows for it, but only a 20% success rate. "Pendulums" and one other stage that I don't quite recall allows for these intense speeds as well. I also recorded a video, but being 7 MB, I felt as if it was too big to post. I posted the video on my website [[1]] here. It's a ZIP file and it shows you what it's like to get 2400 mph without fallout. The only cheat used is to stop the clock as it takes 30 seconds to come to full stop at that speed (well, from studying game mechanics and the 79.4 mph/sec acceleration (± 0.5), it's a few frames more) and over a minute to return to the height of the stage. I can literally make the goal with this and the video proves it. I have videos of these things recorded. I'm a master at the game knowing it so well (4 perfects in bowling, 38 points in a single inning in baseball (COM difficulty of 3 used), 25,000-some points in Target, and various other seemingly impossible things). I ran out of challenge and my usual attraction to very high or unusual places provided my own self-made challenges. Ulillillia 17:37, 6 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I don't know how you indent as I've seen elsewhere so I'm using subheaders....

Image:ExtremeEmailSpam.png[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:ExtremeEmailSpam.png. I notice the 'image' page specifies that the image is being used under fair use, but its use in Wikipedia articles fails our first fair use criterion in that it illustrates a subject for which a freely licensed image could reasonably be found or created that provides substantially the same information. If you believe this image is not replaceable, please:

  1. Go to the image description page and edit it to add {{Replaceable fair use disputed}}, without deleting the original Replaceable fair use template.
  2. On the image discussion page, write the reason why this image is not replaceable at all.

Alternatively, you can also choose to replace the fair use image by finding a freely licensed image of its subject, requesting that the copyright holder release this (or a similar) image under a free license, or by taking a picture of it yourself.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified how these images fully satisfy our fair use criteria. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on this link. Note that any fair use images which are replaceable by free-licensed alternatives will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. SirGrant 16:49, 5 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Orphaned non-free image (Image:ExtremeEmailSpam.png)[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:ExtremeEmailSpam.png. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BetacommandBot 21:45, 10 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Genesis with Gamebridge[edit]

I also have a similar problem. Using the included Intervideo software I get similar distortions with my Sega Genesis. I have also tried it on multiple TVs but the problem is not present. I use the Gamebridge 1400 and connect the Genesis with 3rd party Composite Cables purchased one year ago on ebay. I have attempted to use VLC as well to capture the device stream but have not been able to successfully access the stream (don't know what a/v i/o pins to use). Please reply if you've made any progress with this problem. I've checked your various forum posts around the web but have not seen any solutions.

Maybe we can send a couple emails to adaptec to see if there's a known compatibility issue with the Genesis, although I don't know what sort of issue would create this distortion. mclawson 08:10, 10 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Disputed fair use rationale for Image:FF2012.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:FF2012.jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale you have provided for using this image under "fair use" may be invalid. Please read the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content carefully, then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies for fair use. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it will be deleted within a couple of days according to our criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 11:27, 1 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hey Ulillillia, Long-time fan[edit]

I just wanted to say hi. It seems like the image bots just won't leave you alone! Also, I'm not sure if you've figured it out yet, but to indent, you just start a line with a colon for each level of indenting you want.

Wagon Wheel Gif[edit]

Hi, I'm trying to understand this gif: https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:WagonWheelEffect.gif

It is 24 seconds long, 237 frames, roughly ~240 frames. Does this mean the "camera" has a constant capture rate of 10 frames per second?

I am confused where the start of the gif is since it is looping... which part is the seam of the loop, and which part is the 'landscape' changing direction because of the stereoscopic effect?

I would like to know to be sure that the description is correct --Semitones (talk) 15:24, 25 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
