Speedy Deletion?[edit]

This topic does not merit a Wikipedia article. Issues of affirmative action are adequately covered elsewhere. The particular protests and stunts described in this article are not noteworthy enough to stand on their own as an article, and could be incorporated briefly in other articles. They have been repeated multiple times internationally. Legality in the US[edit]

At Regis University, a bake sale like this was shut down because it was a "crystal clear" violation of the law.^[1]

I came to wikipedia to find out it's actually illegal, because I have no idea. The article seems to be saying that because it's a non-profit protest, it's not racial or sexual discrimination, but I'm having difficulty imagining that being actually true. I'm sure you'd have a very difficult time finding someone willing to take a bake-seller to court, but it does seem like something that is technically illegal.
