I hope you don't mind, but I've changed the image tag from {{PD}} to {{PD-self}}, since {{PD}} tags are no longer used I assumed that you released the image to the public (which isn't really something for me to decide). The developer team at Wikimedia is making some changes to how accounts work, as part of our on-going efforts to provide new and better tools for our users like cross-wiki notifications.
