This is part of a proposed policy that was the subject to of a vote at which no consensus was achieved, see Wikipedia talk:Deletion of user subpages. It currently has no force and may be the basis of further policy proposals.

In order to remain listed at Wikipedia:Requests for comment, at least two people must have tried to resolve this matter with the user and failed. The persons listing these pages for deletion must provide evidence of their efforts, and each of them must certify it by signing this page with ~~~~. If this does not happen within 48 hours of the creation of this dispute page (which was: {insert UTC timestamp with ~~~~~}), the page will be deleted. The current date and time is: 23:18, 27 April 2024 (UTC).

These endorsements and all subsequent votes should follow the pattern of Wikipedia:deletion policy#commenting on a nomination for deletion, except that the only valid votes are keep and delete. All signed comments and talk not related to a vote or endorsement should be directed to this page's discussion page.
