Fair use rationale for Image:ABBA Super Trouper.jpg[edit]

Image:ABBA Super Trouper.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

If there is other other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.Betacommand (talkcontribsBot) 04:41, 25 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for Image:ABBA - Super Trouper (Polar).jpg[edit]

Image:ABBA - Super Trouper (Polar).jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Confused[edit]

I'm not completely sure why Disco was added to the genre list. It's more Dance-Pop than Disco IMHO. Retro Agnostic (talk) 11:36, 5 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

overregulation, or what?[edit]

Is there really "a law preventing any entertainers or animals appearing in central London"? There must be more to it than that, and perhaps this could be explained better. Herostratus (talk) 22:37, 28 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Continuous play on the run out groove?[edit]

I've just requested clarification or a citation for the claim that Super Trouper features content on the runout groove of the vinyl LP. I own a vinyl copy of the album and it definitely doesn't use this technique. The album I have is on the Atlantic label and the image I see in this article is on Polydor so that may be the explanation. I'm sure the claim is probably accurate that some LPs have content on the runout groove, but not all of them do. We'll need to clarify that a bit. -Thibbs (talk) 04:16, 14 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Super Trouper - Year End 1981 Chart In The UK[edit]

Whilst it is correct that Super Trouper was the UK's Best Selling Album of 1980, the Article should also point out that it was the 40th Best Seller of 1981. Also, there is no mention of the fact, (widely reported in late 1980), that Super Trouper was the first Album to have a Million 'Advance Orders' in the UK. The previous UK Record Holder had been Beatles For Sale in 1964, which had 750,000 UK 'Advance Orders'. 82.6.134.233 (talk) 01:15, 23 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]
