Merger proposal[edit]

I propose that Surface Patterns be merged into Millennium (Front Line Assembly album). I think that the content in the Surface Patterns article can easily be explained in the context of Millennium (Front Line Assembly album), and the Millennium (Front Line Assembly album) article is of a reasonable size that the merging of Surface Patterns will not cause any problems as far as article size or undue weight is concerned. This is an issue of all FLA singles articles and is discussed on Wikipedia_talk:WikiProject Industrial#Front Line Assembly single discography. There is already a Singles section in Millennium (Front Line Assembly album). IndustrialGiant (talk) 21:57, 26 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]

  • Very weak agreement - there's no evidence of this single meeting Wikipedia's notability requirements, the single is already mentioned in Millennium (Front Line Assembly album). Adding much more information to the album article would be undue. However, a very selective merge and redirect would save the time and trouble of an AfD. Actually, what I had in mind, since I am the author of the Singles section in Millennium (Front Line Assembly album), is leaving the Singles section as it is and redirect Surface Patterns. I agree with you that there shouldn't be added any more information from Surface Patterns. Maybe the formulation of the merger proposal is a bit misleading.
