If the image is non-free then you may need to upload it to Wikipedia (Commons does not allow fair use)
If the image isn't freely licensed and there is no fair use rationale then it cannot be uploaded or used.

"Rigi pointer" is anyhow wrong. This animation has a fault: Where it points to "Rigi", this summit is actually called Rotstock. Rigi is the whole massif, not a single peak or summit! Besides, it uses a mixture of languages (Lake Lucerne, but Zugersee). And misses other summits. -- ZH8000 (talk) 18:42, 2 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]
