Improving school articles[edit]

This page gives a quick overview of the Charlestown High School. It was modelled after the Belaire Texas High School page, but with the details changed to corresponds to Charlestown High School.

What else should we put in this article?

What do other high school pages have? Are there any pages for other Boston area high schools?

The entry looks pretty good, but it needs some more editing.

So far, this is looking good. Maybe you could add the school's phone number so people that read this know that this is legit.

Ali i have edited the last paragraph but may you should try and add the name of the team and names of the player that are part of that team. MAybe even add picture of the flag of this school.

Made a link that has this year players names. Images of the school is hard to find.

There are a number of other Boston-area(ish) schools, refer to the category link at the foot of the main Charlestown High School article. The article looks better than before guys, it look good we impove.

I've made some grammatical improvements, but haven't had a chance to read all of the links posted. Which do you think are most relevant for this particular page?

Perhaps try seperating the information into subsections using the == seperators. Upload a photograph of the school. List some of the famously notable graduates. Additional suggestions to easily improve this article are located at BEEFSTEW. Bahn Mi 21:34, 11 May 2005 (UTC)[reply]

The current version looks pretty good. It mentions the national role that the school played in the Forced Busing controversy. This historical connection gives it a timelessness which is appropriate for wikipedia. Finally, the separators make it more structured. Perhaps the ephemeral information should be "as of" dated (e.g. principal's name ....)tjhickey 16:43 UTC 5/13/05
