Just a note that this should become a stub.

EOC is a common term in use by emergency managers. Emergency Operations Centres are used for managing disasters, crises, emergencies, incidents etc.

I've also heard of Economic Overhead Capital being refered to as EOC.

Hopefully, if it appears as an article, someone will name it "Economic Overhead Capital (economics)" or something like it, since I already moved EOC once. The redirecting can be a... b. :P Red1 17:15, 13 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]
