Route 13?[edit]

In the 1800 - 1810 period, the main road from Kaskaskia to Shawneetown went straight east to Royalton, Frank's Fort, toward Shawneetown. This was probably a superior route compared to modern Route 13, in that it went farther upstream to cross the Big Muddy. Are you sure Route 13 was built by Shadrack?M dorothy 05:28, 7 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Category:American slave owners[edit]

No mention of slave-owning. I feel that this category should be restricted to people whose slave-owning history was notable in itself. Valetude (talk) 04:47, 22 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]
