Talk:Church Bus and School Bus Safety

I believe that this article should be split into two articles, one on the accident discussed, and the other on the subject of church bus and school bus safety. I intend to begin copying into thsi section the proposed new article about the accident itself. Can anyone help me, as I believe that my efforts are better utilized on content articles?
