Quotation[edit]

Did he say "Your president is just not that important to us." ? Mr. Jones 22:21, 2 Jan 2005 (UTC)

Quote removed[edit]

I removed the quote "Bipartisanship is another name for date rape", which is actually attributable to Grover Norquist. See May 26th, 2003's Denver Post ("Rancor becomes top D.C. export GOP leads charge in ideological war"), as mirrored at this site BenStiglitz 05:22, 13 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Family Guy[edit]

This is inaccurate. Family Guy used the Vagina Coastguard joke before SNL. The Myst 07:05, 22 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I took it out since the quote doesn't belong. Wikipedia entries often have sections on "XXX in popular culture," but this page doesn't, and such a section shouldn't be created just for a single joke, especially when that joke doesn't even belong in the Top 100 best "Family Guy" jokes. (And I've seen every episode, I should note. I even wasted my $20 on the movie. So I'm not anti-"Family Guy," I just believe in standards for Wikipedia entries. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.238.63.203 (talk) 08:16, 5 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Can we add one? I'm trying to find the name of of this song that is about inviting a bunch of republican congressmen for gay sex, and I know they do a bad joke about Dick Armey's name. It's driving me crazy that I can't remember it. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 98.236.88.120 (talk) 21:25, 21 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Pat Shortridge[edit]

I just removed the following line from the first paragraph. Seems entirely irrelevant to me to include a single line up top about a former intern and staffer. (Perhaps, if someone wants to build it, a comprehensive listing of notable former staffers might be appropriate below -- like a football coaching tree, if you will.)

Pat Shortridge, founder of Conservative Solutions Project interned with and then worked for Armey for 11 years.
