Southend United[edit]

Southend United are a fairly obscure team from the south of England 1. Drew Broughton is a former squad player, now playing at an even less well known club, whose only claim to fame in connection with Southend is missing an open goal in the 2004 LDV Trophy final. The full details of his career are available here 2. If anything there makes him notable, let me know, but I don't think we need stubs for every lower division sports player. It may take some time...
