Hello all,
You're being contacted because you're a present or past member of Wikipedia's
mediation committee, or are otherwise an interested party. As you're
aware, we haven't had much luck setting up a meeting time. To make sure
it happens, I'm stepping up to organize it, and have decided a few things
in order to narrow things down and make this happen. The schedule constraints
are based on the desire to include Jimbo, as well as to include a few people
I've already talked to.
The meeting will happen on a weekday within the next two weeks, and not
on next monday. It will happen sometime between 7am and 10pm America/Eastern
time (12:00 UTC and 03:00 UTC). It will happen on IRC (apologies to those
of you who don't like IRC, but please try to use it at least this once).
Please contact me before the coming monday telling me when you can make it.
As a last ditch insurance against things not happening, on the occurance
that we are unable to reach a consensus on a different time, the meeting
will happen, regardless of us missing a lot of important people, on
15 February at 18:00 EST (23:00 UTC). Please provide your schedule
information so we can me sure we find a more agreeable time.
On the agenda:

Breaking in new members (including me)
Any other business we need to handle
I'm thinking we should structure it as follows:
  1. ) Introductions
  2. ) Q and A for new moderators
  3. ) Pending concerns
  4. ) Short additional topics
  5. ) Sannse's Reviewing Mediation document, and concerns in there
  6. ) Additional topics
