attack link edit war[edit]

There seems to be an edit war brewing over linking the phrase "the rampant egotism of self-appointed 'mastermind' authors" to Stephenie Meyer. Where is the evidence that this phrase directly refers to her? I've never seen this program, but the article indicates that it spoofs shows from the 80's, before the Twilight books were even written. Without a source it absolutely does not belong, as it is inflammatory and violates WP:BLP. Beeblebrox (talk) 19:43, 12 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I remember reading that it was relatively expensive - it was shot on film (Super 16mm, no less) with proper lighting, in order to make it look like an authentic vintage show; and despite being cheesy, the sets and effects are impressively elaborate for a television sitcom budget. This article mentions "high production costs" but, dammit, I can't find a better source. But the universe is infinite, and so one day there must be a better source. Is Ayoade's voice dubbed?[edit]

Richard Ayoade's voice, both "in" and "out" of character, doesn't sound much like his normal voice, in fact it sounds a lot more like Harry Enfield. Of course that doesn't mean it's not him, although if it is I suspect he may have needed some digital enhancement. Either way, some clarification would be welcome.
