I'm wondering why you have chosen this username ("EricI234", or "Erici234"), when it looks the same as mine ("Ericl234", or "EricL234"), and have chosen to copy the text on my userpage onto your own. I welcome you to Wikipedia, but request that you change at least your userpage, if not your username as well, so that any edits you make, especially vandalism ([1]) does not appear to be made by me. My Apologies

I'm very sorry about the vandalism I made, and for creating a user name very similar to yours. I will stop this prank of mine and I will stop any further abuse to the Stanford University article and to any article.

Please accept my apology, at first I thought it would be quite amusing to change the article, but I thought about the people using this Wikipedia and how much valuable information it holds. I have sinned, please forgive me.

Would you change usernames?

Would you please change usernames, so that any contributions you make in the future will be more easily attributed to you? This would make it much easier for others to give you credit for any and all useful contributions you make to Wikipedia. While I trust you when you say you are done with your vandalism, I would still like to get your current username blocked for my own personal comfort, which is perfectly legitimate under Wikipedia's current blocking policy.
