I strongly believe that this should be a link to Mikoyan-Gurevich, or that article should be moved here. It's pretty easy to figure out that nearly all references to the name are concerning the design bureau or its products. MiG aircraft bureau[edit]

If the piping of Mikoyan-Gurevich causes confusion, then that is a problem with the article title, not the piping. Piping is confusing becasue it tricks a reader in to going to an article they did not click on. I think it's better not to use piping on a disambiguation page and to sort out any confusion here instead. --Commander Keane 01:02, September 13, 2005 (UTC)

That's fine. I see this as a special case, though. The "Mikoyan-Gurevich" article really should be entitled "Mikoyan," but I am not an administrator and thus cannot make that move. Were I able to, I wouldn't have any qualms with your change.

Maybe start a discussion at Mikoyan-Gurevich about moving the page, and then put in a Wikipedia:Reqested move. I have no idea about the appropriate name --Commander Keane 02:29, September 13, 2005 (UTC)
