"At the end" is original research?[edit]

I mean, I guess there's no source for it, but once your game is put together you'll need to test it, right? It just seems like common sense.

Maybe it should just be changed "Throughout the programming of a game, game testing plays a major role" or something. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 134.215.190.243 (talk) 19:14, 26 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Also, "In recent times popularity of online console games has grown, and online capable video game consoles and online services such as Xbox Live for the Xbox have developed. Developers can maintain their software through downloadable patches. These changes would not have been possible in the past without the widespread availability of the Internet.[citation needed]"- how else would it be distributed? You don't really need a citation to understand that without the Internet people couldn't just press a button to download patches. Elon musk?[edit]

what does this weird rant about Elon musk making a game have anything to do with the leading two sentences of the paragraph about the cost of modern Triple-A game development? Asmoaesl (talk) 05:06, 2 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

It is indeed out of place for various reasons, removed. —  HELLKNOWZ   ▎TALK 10:27, 2 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]
