yes,he is his third son. Note that the father's correct full name is:

Charles-Michel d’Irumberry de Salaberry. Properly speaking the surname is d’Irumberry de Salaberry, so the other page should probably be moved to reflect this, although for expediency people refer to them as de Salaberry or even Salaberry. Fawcett5 21:08, 27 Mar 2005 (UTC)
