Hi. I've reverted the changes to Tamil because they are inconsistent with modern linguistic theory and smell of ethnocentricism. Also, the less info about the Tamil language in Tamil the better - the more detailed stuff should be in Tamil Language.

But on a few points of fact, could you tell me where you learnt that Tamil is the same as proto-Dravidian? And what evidence do you have that written Tamil was around in 3000BC? Does anyone who isn't a Tamil believe this?
