Neutrality[edit]

The style is not neutral to me:

"In focusing on high technology patent applications, the firm's successes mirrored those of the tech boom of the late 1990s. The firm was able to last through the associated tribulations of the tech boom, however, due in part to their lean operations. It is thought that the firm is one first to eschew the traditional assignment of a secretary to an attorney, in favor of assignment of specialized staff to clients; in interfacing with a client, the firm's attorneys work through a client's dedicated staff. Highly entrepreneurial, the firm has developed docketing software for internal use, and for resale to other law firms and to corporations."

Please fix it by rewriting and remove the npov template. --Tony Sidaway|Talk 11:27, 17 Jun 2005 (UTC)
Fine. [1]. Not disputed anymore. --Edcolins 10:14, Jun 18, 2005 (UTC)

Disputed[edit]

This point are dubious:

  • "the intellectual property law firm was one of the first patent law boutique firms to focus solely on patent prosecution and not on patent litigation".

Such type of boutiques probably exist since the mid-1800's. --Edcolins 10:35, Jun 17, 2005 (UTC)

Research and fix this too. --Tony Sidaway|Talk 11:27, 17 Jun 2005 (UTC)
Ditto. Not disputed anymore.. --Edcolins 10:14, Jun 18, 2005 (UTC)

Move Article[edit]

The company in this entry has shortened its name to Schwegman, Lundberg & Woessner, P.A.. Can someone change the article's name? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 12.106.3.2 (talk) 15:08, 4 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
