It seems you didn't bother to pay much attention to the upload page when you uploaded Image:Statistical 1.JPG and Image:NetworkWithHighSpeedLinks.gif. Clarification re: implementation

What do you mean by implementation in your edits to token bucket and leaky bucket? In discussing algorithms, implementation generally refers to a specific, concrete use of the abstract concept, the algorithm. You use the word, but seemingly as a synonym for algorithm.
