JAXA too ? navigation ?[edit]

I have an issue about "Currently, only the Russian Space Agency has autonomous space craft navigation."

I thought that NASDA (now JAXA) had demonstrated such capability with ETS-VII ???

Please, check your wiki link. It looks like JAXA ended up in failure.

http://www.nasda.go.jp/press/1999/10/ets7_991027_e.html Seems successful to me... 68.165.99.171 15:11, 20 Apr 2005 (UTC)

Should we be talking about long range 'navigation' like Autonav, or autonomous rendezvous and docking ? - Rod57 (talk), 21 Feb 2021

Disambiguation of DART[edit]

NASA started a new, entirely unrelated, DART project for asteroid redirection.[1] I can't do this right now, but this page needs to reflect that somehow. Nerfer (talk) 19:45, 3 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]

It's been done, with a hatnote to the Redirect mission. - Rod57 (talk) 17:52, 30 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Can we link to (or summarise) earlier and later proximity operation demos[edit]

Can we link to (or summarise) earlier and later proximity operation demos ? To put this in context, and see later work by NASA and others. - Rod57 (talk) 17:50, 30 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]
