Possible copyright violation at Elder (religious)

It appears to be a copy and paste from a Presbyterian Church Book of Order, so the way it was used in Wikipedia without obvious attribution or fair use may infringe copyright and author's moral rights.

For example, it is almost identical to the PC(USA) Book of Order G-6.0300 on page 53 of http://www.pcusa.org/media/uploads/oga/publications/2009-2011-boo.pdf
