Untitled[edit]

The correct name of the company is "WesternGeco", not "Western Geco", so I moved the page. Gwimpey 07:22, Nov 15, 2004 (UTC)

Fair use rationale for Image:Western geco.gif[edit]

Image:Western geco.gif is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. Section NPOV - Management[edit]

Looks like a disgruntled employee or ex-employee contributed the somewhat ungrammatical :) "Management" section. Perhaps someone could rewrite? The disgruntled author has ignored the roll of Baker Hughes and other parties in the pension matter, also there was an exodus of management personal from the former Western Geophysical management who were supposed to be protecting the interest of the Western Geophysical employees in the joint venture. The comments are not appropriate for the encylopedia format.
