Untitled[edit]

This information was moved form George W. Bush's first term as president of the United States because it has little information about Bush, however still has good information. I wasn't sure what the actual name of the bill was so I moved it to here for the time being.--The_stuart 17:55, 27 Nov 2004 (UTC)

Adding citations, re-organizing[edit]
