Talk:Electric bass

I should have explained the two main changes I made earlier:

I removed the information on Double Bass - it was unclear, repeated some information mentioned earlier and, anyway, there's a separate article for that topic.
I added a section on influential bassists, not because I think that X is better than Y, but because there are certain names that will frequently come up in the discussion of the instrument and I thought it would be good to create a way of leading through to them.

We seem to have both bass guitar and electric bass, which are (strictly speaking) different things but (obviously) overlap heavily. They may need to be merged, or at least refer to each other. --rbrwr
