Wikipedia talk:Subpages to be moved
Should pages be deleted once they are moved, or left as redirects? The second option is more in line with the usual policy, but will be a pain every time this list is regenerated. -- sannse 16:43 10 Jun 2003 (UTC)
- Policy so far has been to leave them as redirects. I think this is the best option (even though it is a bit irritating) for the same reasons: an external site may link to a Wikipedia subpage, someone may have it bookmarked, etc. -- goatasaur
- OK, thanks -- sannse
- I don't think redirects are listed here anyway (they aren't now; don't know if the database query gives them or not). -- Wapcaplet 17:05 10 Jun 2003 (UTC)
- Ah, of course, you should be able to exclude them. Silly me, I didn't think of that. Thanks :) -- sannse 07:36 11 Jun 2003 (UTC)
Is this area dead? No submissions for a couple of years and subpages still exist in articles? Just wanted to paoint out Philip Green (author)/Sources is another subpage. Shantavira 09:52, 21 July 2005 (UTC)
