Colored Peers

It appears that the barony is still extant, which is reflected in our article (Baron Sinha). I'm not personally familiar with other cases of hereditary minority peerages or baronetcies; I know there's at least one Guyanan life peer, Valerie Amos, Baroness Amos. You ask about the succession to this barony.The Complete Peerage describes it this way: "When the [2nd] Lord Sinha was born there was no system of registration of births and marriages in India, and consequently he was unable, on his father's death [(in 1928)] to furnish the proofs of identity which the House of Lords requires of every peer before admitting his right of succession. In 1936 Lord Sinha presented a Petition for a Writ of Summons, which was referred to the House and heard by the Committee for Privileges on 27 June 1938. Next month the House ordered a Commission to take evidence in Calcutta, and on 25 July 1939 the Committee on Privileges decided that the Petitioner had made good his claim." Gay rights in India

Per your request I have removed the stub tag (and fixed a link) in the Gay rights in India article. I have not read the article, but based on length alone it certainly seems too long tp be a stub. If I might make two formatting suggestions: 1) Write an opening paragraph above the first subhead and include the emboldened words of the title (Gay rights in India) in the text. This is pretty basic to articles. 2) move the link to sexual orientation out of the subhead and into the text somewhere.
