User:Eiaccb

Eiaccb is one of the nicknames I use for chats, weblogs and the like. It is a silly nickname, that my brother and I made up inspired by the name games of a certain Mr. Nelson. I became eiaccb on IRC and my brother became ecakkh for a while. He quickly forgot that silliness, but I had registered as user #24 on Barrapunto and could not drop the alias without losing that low number, so I had to live with it. With time, I have even grown accustomed to it and have used again for Wikipedia and some social networks.

In Real life, I am known as Julio Sánchez Fernández (you may want to read on Spanish Surnames).

I am a Spaniard living near Madrid with my wife and my four kids.

I earned a higher degree on Telecommunication Engineering and I have been involved with computers since the late seventies (think punchcards).

I am a fan of Free Software and have contributed occasionally to a number of projects along the years.
