Seems like straight advertising. Is the company notable enough for an article? --LeeHunter 21:29, 13 Dec 2004 (UTC)

• Keep Yes this company is very well-known in the UK. Presumably should be moved to Mr Kipling. Kappa 22:13, 13 Dec 2004 (UTC)
• Keep but improve. e.g. replace all occurrences of "He" with "The Company", and do something about the NPOV. Jeff Knaggs 22:18, 13 Dec 2004 (UTC)
• Keep but improve .... please, please improve! (This USA-ian knows nothing about it, alas) - DavidWBrooks 22:50, 13 Dec 2004 (UTC)
• Keep and correct the capitalization. —RaD Man (talk) 23:40, 13 Dec 2004 (UTC)
• They're notable - or, at least, well-known - enough that about one-third of discussions on Kipling here are required by law, it seems, to include a cake joke, or a pun on "exceedingly good". (Another third have to have "I've never kippled". There are some jokes so old you dare not avoid making them) Should be moved to Mr Kipling, Mr Kipling Cakes or something, though. (I always knew of them for their little apple pies and the like, not cakes per se, but s'close enough) Shimgray 01:49, 14 Dec 2004 (UTC)
• Keep well known British brand. (Possible verifyiability problems, never actually eaten one, so have no idea if indeed 'exceedeingly good'! Sabine's Sunbird 06:29, 14 Dec 2004 (UTC)
• Strong Keep and improve - major British brand, cultural status with brand image fostered through extensive media campaigns.Sjc 18:43, 14 Dec 2004 (UTC)
• Keep - Notable brand as noted above. People who wich to improve the article should check out the brand web page - you can actually get some useful information there that can be turned into an good article Capitalistroadster 11:00, 14 Dec 2004 (UTC)
• Keep. Very well-known brand in the UK. If necessary for verifiability, I'll go eat a box of their apple pies right now :-) [[User:David Johnson|David Johnson [T|C]]] 18:13, 14 Dec 2004 (UTC)
• Keep. I've changed a little, but needs more help. Meelar (talk) 18:34, Dec 14, 2004 (UTC)
• Keep and allow for organic growth. A notable product. GRider\talk 19:07, 14 Dec 2004 (UTC)
• Keep and send to clean-up if it's not fixed. Ливай | 01:24, 15 Dec 2004 (UTC)
• Keep. Why was this ever nominated for deletion in the first place??? P Ingerson 11:35, 16 Dec 2004 (UTC)
• Keep. I've removed the PoV, which made it sound spammy and probably provoked the original VfD from someone who hasn't spent time in the UK. Wyss 12:56, 16 Dec 2004 (UTC)
