I am a Web developer and programmer, open-source and open-standards advocate, and an amateur Internet and Web historian (is there is such a thing as a professional?) At any rate, I would like to see if I can contribute a little something to Wikimedia, as I think the projects] are outstanding examples of collaborative work. It's time I gave a little back, to use an old phrase.
