Question about who created the corned beef special[edit]

Hi. I noticed that back in 2006 you contributed to the article on "Corned Beef" that the Philadelphia-area "corned beef special" was created by Charles Weber at R&W Deli. It so happens my grandfather was a co-owner of R&W, and my father & uncle both worked there (late 60s--70s?). They both remember Charles Weber, but don't have any special memory that he created the sandwich. Just curious to know where you got this information.
