I'm actually not sure there is any problem with this page, BUT the page's creator has removed deletion notices from the article 3x within minutes. (users Cyrloc and Wetman orginally put up the deletion notices) ike9898 22:54, Nov 18, 2004 (UTC)

  • Delete slang phrase. Wolfman 23:08, 18 Nov 2004 (UTC)
  • Delete. Wikipedia is not a dictionary of slang (or anything else). Andrewa 23:53, 18 Nov 2004 (UTC)
  • Keep, I don't see why not. If this is deleted then all other slang phrases must be deleted. Slang is part of the english language wether we like it or not.
    • Comment: It's not a matter of whether we like it, or even whether it's part of the language. Check the what Wikipedia is not link above. Yes, mere definitions of other slang terms should be deleted too. No change of vote. Andrewa 00:17, 19 Nov 2004 (UTC)
  • Abstain. Hey Cyrloc and Andrewa, we're having updawg for dinner tommorrow night, come on over! You and all your friends are invited. [[User:Radman1|RaD Man (talk)]] 00:55, 19 Nov 2004 (UTC)
  • Redirect to the UrbanDictionary.com website. Delete from Wikipedia. --Idont Havaname 01:07, 19 Nov 2004 (UTC)
    • Comment: There is a way to redirect to another website? I think that redirect to the UrbanDictionary.com website would be a good idea. That way if a user is looking for this here they will not come up with nothing.
      • Not that I know of, but I could be wrong. It was a sarcastic "Delete" vote. --Idont Havaname 02:07, 20 Nov 2004 (UTC)
  • Delete. I agree with Andrewa, Wikipedia is not a slang dictionary. --Cyrloc 02:09, 19 Nov 2004 (UTC)
  • Redirect to sup siroχo 03:50, Nov 19, 2004 (UTC)
  • Delete: Slang dictdef, not really debatable. Authors removing the VfD tag also speaks ill. Ephemera is not encyclopedic without effect. Finally, it's misspelled. "S'updawg" would be closer, but it's not just slang: it's ideolect. Geogre 03:51, 19 Nov 2004 (UTC)
  • Delete: It's slang, and slang doesn't belong on Wikipedia. [[User:Mo0|Mo0[talk]]] 05:10, 19 Nov 2004 (UTC)
  • Delete dictdef --fvw* 10:47, 2004 Nov 19 (UTC)
  • Delete. Outside our scope. --Improv 16:42, 19 Nov 2004 (UTC)
  • Delete. Or possibly redirect to an urban slang article (if one exists). DCEdwards1966 04:03, Nov 20, 2004 (UTC)
  • Delete. Does Wiktionary do stuff this slangy? BTW, I've never seen it written that contracted. I'd write it as 'sup dawg. But then, I'm also pasty, white, and suburban, so my opinion on the matter isn't terribly relevant. Isomorphic 04:07, 20 Nov 2004 (UTC)
  • Delete. Slang. --*drew 08:39, 21 Nov 2004 (UTC)
  • Abstain Simply being slang is not reason enough for deletion. Homie, Dude, and other articles under Category:Slang have been kept. — J3ff 05:00, 22 Nov 2004 (UTC)
