I was talking to someone today about Wikipedia, and they asked why there wasn't an entry for "Isreal". I figured it was a common enough misspelling that it deserved a redirect page, but checking now, it seems there aren't any links to this page after all. It's not just about pages that link to a misspelling, it's also about what people search for. In that regard, you are completely justified. Just look at the number of redirects to Matthew McConaughey. RADICALBENDER ★ 04:58, 23 Mar 2004 (UTC)

The "isreal" page should really be about the "isreal" function. I decide to leave a link to Israel since some pages that was meant to link to Israel links here by misspelling. aCute 06:31, 10 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]
