Anyone know how to delete this Hebrew stuff?

Someone had vandalized the {{Citenews}} template. Fixed now. Rl 19:18, 25 May 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Similarity of andrioid to police robot in Patlabor[edit]

The heads of the two characters are identical. Is there some reason for this?

Series separation[edit]

I am separating the articles...please be patient becasue I have to eat lunch too!! --Xander the Potato Vanquisher 16:14, 1 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Okay, I am done, but there is work to be done expanding both articles. Please do what you can. I will be as well, but I am done for a bit. --Xander the Potato Vanquisher 18:08, 1 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Bad Info?[edit]

It may be true that the suggested game is for Playstation 2, but isn't it more likely that the game will hit Playstation 3 with the release of the new system in 2006? Just wondering if that's a confirmed source (I can't find it yet, but will keep looking). The preceding unsigned comment was added by 12.177.129.84 (talk • contribs) 21:56, 2005 November 27.

Reverts[edit]

Folks, if you must revert, can I ask you to indicate the version you are reverting to, especially if it's not the second-to-last version? Rl 19:19, 21 August 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Someone should add information on the plot and characters. The preceding unsigned comment was added by Tredoslop (talk • contribs) 16:40, 2006 January 1.

Why hasn't anyone bothered to supply a synopsis to this? K O Archer 05:04, 26 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Featured bad article[edit]

This should be a "Featured bad article." Yes it'd be insulting, but I think it'd do more than anything to put people on the spot and spread better article writing practices. The preceding unsigned comment was added by 68.35.148.201 (talk • contribs) 19:44, 2006 January 21.

DAM this article is horable sombody needs to split it into 2 articles for the anime and manga--alex 00:54, 29 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I agree, splitting this into two articles, one for the movies and another for the manga, would probably be a good idea, ecspecially seeing how the manga and movies are vastly different from each other. LostPhrack 12:10, 13 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]
I don't know if splitting it up would be the solution, because the manga, anime, and CGI film share so much in common. How about cleaning up and rearranging the sections instead? Eptin 07:05, 26 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]
I think there are more differences than similarities, but if no one else is for it then I suppose it might be worth playing around with first and seeing how that goes. LostPhrack 10:46, 26 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

The film information had disappeared[edit]

What happened to the character list to the CGI movie? Was it moved to a different article? BiggKwell 20:34, 15 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

What's Appleseed about?[edit]

I don't get any sense at all from this article what Appleseed is about?

--Charlesknight 11:27, 18 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Deunan's Name[edit]

According to the first paragraph, Deunan's name wasn't spelled "Deunan" until the 2004 movie. This is incorrect. The movie name matches with the much older translation of the manga by Dark Horse Comics. I've removed the reference to "Dunan Nuts" as a result. I'm not sure where the latter name came from, though I'm guessing it was either the official release of the Appleseed OVA, or a fansub of the same. --Junior612 18:33, 26 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Rename/disambiguation[edit]

I have just created Appleseed (disambiguation). If nobody has any reasonable objections, I'd like to rename this page to Appleseed (manga) or something similar, and put the disambig page as the main Appleseed article. I'll give it a few weeks to see if anyone has a good reason why not. Cheers, Rothery 06:46, 10 May 2007 (UTC).[reply]

Merge?[edit]

The following discussion is closed. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made in a new section. A summary of the conclusions reached follows.
The result of this discussion was to not merge Lewismaster (talk) 17:04, 18 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I came here from Appleseed Ex Machina expecting to find a discussion on suggested merge? Where is it? But that and the previous film, Appleseed (film), are very much notable in their own rights, see WP:NFILM. Merging them into one article would be ludicrous in my opinion. Rehevkor 22:20, 24 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Me too, meets all criteria for a standalone article. Oppose the merge. Brandmeister t 01:34, 25 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Agreed. Though the films are notable, the games? not so much. i'll see what i can do to find info on them.Bread Ninja (talk) 09:01, 17 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]
  • Against merge. Made 30 million dollars, so it deserves its own article. Dream Focus 10:19, 2 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]
  • If you could fine additional sources other than revenue that would be great.Bread Ninja (talk) 10:23, 2 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Better Image?[edit]

^Open ISBN gives image of the original Appleseed cover (I think). And it looks much better than the 1st edition english. I found several versions. I'll see if I can verify which is the original.Lucia Black (talk) 06:55, 7 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Original cover is preferential I think. Lucia has the right idea. ChrisGualtieri (talk) 15:08, 8 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Never mind, that's odd. When I saved the image it had white space around it.Lucia Black (talk) 19:33, 8 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Could someone help me replace the image? I don't know how to without making a new file and deleting the old one (two different files).Lucia Black (talk) 19:35, 8 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]
