It is estimated that the sea was as much as 150 meters above the level of today's Saint Lawrence and Ottawa Rivers. Shouldn't this read Former marine shorelines have been identified at locations that are now as much as 150 meters above the level of today's Saint Lawrence and Ottawa Rivers. For the text as-is to be true, sea levels worldwide would have had to have been that much higher. This is a local effect, at least I think, that might be better described. --Wetman 07:47, 4 Feb 2005 (UTC)
