Fact?[edit]

"at the time it was considered the grandest and most ambitious house ever built on the island of Manhattan" The fact is, Riverside was the grandest and most ambitious house ever built on the island of Manhattan. If this assessment were in error, all the weaselling inserted would not save the sentence.
