It did not receive any lasting coverage, but it seemed to be considered major news from reliable sources, USA Today, NYT, Washington post, sports illustrated. Despite it clearly being an accident, it seems notable. Just wanted to get some feedback on if this should be added to his wiki page. Your thoughts?
