Sparta nazi germany totalitarian states

I will change it to cleanup, that way a wider group of wikipedians can look at it. I think most likely the best way to fix the article is to add the relevant information to Sparta and Nazi Germany. As it stands now the page is an essay, from Wikipedia:What Wikipedia is not, "Wikipedia entries are not... Personal essays that state your idiosyncratic opinions about a topic. Wikipedia is supposed to compile human knowledge, not serve as a vehicle for personal opinions to become part of human knowledge." Also, see Wikipedia:No original research.
